Things I build.

Apps and websites I make for myself and for friends, always to learn something. Each one starts with a real problem I or someone close to me actually had.

How I build

Same loop, every time.

Usual stack: Astro · Tailwind · Netlify · Expo · Claude

01 Problem A real need, mine or a friend’s. No idea gets built just because it’s fun.
02 Prototype Sketch it fast, show it to the people who will use it, listen.
03 Build Small, boring, reliable tools. AI as a pair programmer, not an autopilot.
04 Ship Get it live early, then fix what real use reveals.
05 Run Keep it working. The ops habit: monitor, learn, improve.

Building something too?

I’m always happy to compare notes on tools, mistakes and what actually ships.
